Since all of our made-to-order models are hand-painted and assembled in the U.S, each order typically takes 1-2 weeks to be carefully crafted before it's ready for shipment. Once your order is completed, shipping time will depend on your location (generally takes 2-4 days), but you’ll receive tracking updates so you can follow your package every step of the way. Since all of our items are handmade to order, we don't offer refunds on most products. We take great care in crafting each piece, and while small imperfections can occasionally occur, they are very rare and part of the charm of handmade work. However, if you receive something that doesn’t meet our quality standards, please reach out, and we’ll make it right!

We use only the highest quality materials to ensure each piece is durable and looks amazing. Our models are made from premium PETG and PLA+ filament, both known for their strength, smooth finish, and excellent printability.
